• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after checkout.

Delivery Times

• United States: Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing.

• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination; most orders arrive within 10–20 business days.

Please note that these are estimated transit times. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; details will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at support@proshapeyogapants.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

• We will assist you in locating the shipment or issuing a replacement when appropriate.
