Return Policy and Refund Policy

Return window: 30 days from delivery

Condition: unworn, unwashed, tags on, original packaging

Start a return: email returns@proshapeyogapants.com with order #, reason, photos if defective

Shipping cost for returns: (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You may ship using your preferred carrier or request a prepaid label from us.
If you use our label, a $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.)

Refund timing: processed 5–7 business days after item is received/inspected

Exchanges: defective/incorrect items replaced at no cost if reported within 7 days

Final-sale items: At this time, ProShape Yoga does not offer any final-sale items. All products are eligible for returns under the conditions listed above.
